Microsoft rolled out Skype 6.0 update for Android and iOS: dropped windows 10 mobile

Microsoft released redesigned Skype application for Android followed by iOS platform. Developers we’re continuously working on the latest (6.0 version) to add new design.  According to the official press release, the latest update brings improvement is user interface as well as new features in both the platforms. New Skype includes floating add conversation button to create a new text message. The same feature is also available in G-mail applications, which allows creating new conversation. Microsoft has redesigned the application to bring as much as enhancement in messaging and new search features. Chat is enabled with read/unread mark akin to WhatsApp messaging service. In addition, Swipe gestures perform an instant call function or manage the messages to respective recipients. Skype for iOS brings trouble-free share button that splits media files, emoticons and web links among contacts.

Download Skype 6.0 application from Google play store for Android users. If you are using Apple Smartphone, then new Skype is available in iTunes. The developers are working on Skype for Windows 10 platform. Anytime, we can expect a new version Skype application in Windows.
